  Using a visualisation diagram as part of the planning process can be very effective for the production team, as well as the client, as it offers a clear visual of the way you want the final print product to look.  For example, to create a simple visualisation diagram, there is both advantages and disadvantages, but to make it clear to understand it doesn't require much techincal skills or training. As a result of this the production team can select a single person to design of the website rather than hiring a full team and wasting money. However, as it is only one person creating the diagram, it may be more time consuming than it would with a team, but it will not cost as much in the long run.  An advantage of using a visualisation diagram in the preproduction of myholidayplanner.com is that it shows a clear layout of the website which is going to be created. By doing this it will highlight and show what parts of the app are good and what needs to be changed to make the app appropriate and engaging to the target audience.
