Proposals/treatments/project outlines - a plan which is presented and put forward for consideration by others. Production schedule - this is something which manages the materials and capacities based on the customers needs. it enables the company to fulfill the customers demand and complete the project in time for the deadline. SWOT analysis - this is used to highlight the opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats about a project. Shows the client the benefit, problems and competitors Asset log - log which makes up your media production. Tells you where you are getting your assets from. Call sheet - something which is shown to the cast or crew of the production to inform and tell then where and when they need to report for a particular part of the day. Risk assessment - where you identify hazards and risks that could happen in the production of a product. Low, medium, high risk.
